Account Credentials: Name, email address, and profile picture obtained via Google OAuth sign-in. We do not store or manage Google account passwords.
Usage & Service Logs: IP address, device telemetry, timestamps, and request logs required to monitor uptime, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
Wallet & Ledger Transactions: Wallet balances, top-up logs, service deductions, and payment identifiers generated for accounting and billing accuracy.
Document Processing Data: Application numbers, survey numbers, and queries submitted to state land records registries. Processed documents are temporarily cached and wiped after access.

2. How We Protect Your Data

Security is built into our core architecture:

TLS 1.3 Encryption

All traffic in transit is strictly encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 with HTTPS enforcement and HSTS.

Secure Cookies & JWTs

Authentication tokens are stored in HttpOnly, SameSite, Secure cookies protected against client-side script access.

3. Third-Party Integrations & APIs

LinkNest interfaces with public state registries (Karnataka Bhoomi, Kaveri, Mojini, and K2) solely to fetch land survey records on your explicit instruction. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your search queries, survey history, or personal data to advertising networks.

4. Cookies & Consent

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and preserve session state. Analytical and preference cookies help us improve interface load speed and memory management. You can clear or manage cookies via your browser settings at any time.
