1. Service Description & License

LinkNest provides automated tooling for searching, retrieving, rendering, and processing publicly accessible land and survey records (including Bhoomi RTC, Akarband, Record Room, Mutation Extract, and K2 Challans). We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the LinkNest platform. Specifically, you must not:

• Launch automated denial-of-service, brute-force, or request-flooding attacks against LinkNest or upstream government endpoints.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass role-based access controls or wallet balance checks.
• Impersonate another user or access an account without explicit authorization.
• Circumvent rate limits or tamper with digital security signatures.

3. Wallet Credits, Fees & Billing

Certain document downloads and printing services require wallet credits. Wallet deductions occur per successful retrieval at rates stated in the application. Credit balances are non-transferable. If an automated retrieval fails due to upstream portal downtime, deducted credits may be refunded or re-attempted under our grace period rules.
